Received a defective product?
If you received a defective product, email us here within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll typically respond within 24 hours with assistance to set up an exchange at no additional cost to you.
If you’re unhappy with an item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund, an in-house credit, or to exchange it for another product (downloads are ineligible for return). You will be responsible for return shipping costs and your refund will be subject to a 10% return fee. If you opt for in-house credit or an exchange your return will be exempt from the 10% return fee.
Returning an Item
To make a return, please email us here to initiate the return. To ensure your exchange or credit is processed as quickly as possible and to help you avoid a return adjustment, please follow the below checklist:
- Items must be returned in the condition they were received.
- The product should be packed in the original or a similar shipping box.
- Please use a trackable shipping method.
- Consider insuring your return package. Sometimes things get lost/damaged en route, and if that happens, insurance should cover your loss.

Items Ineligible for Refund
Digital downloads (PDFs, MP3s, etc.) can’t be returned or exchanged and so are not eligible for refund.
